This place is wonderful. I stayed here for about a week and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There was a hose attached to the spigot on my site because they were using it to water their grass and I didn't think anything of it but the gentleman running the place felt bad and corrected the "problem". They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. There is a great dog park on both sides of the campground and they are pretty big too. My dog loved it. There is also a well maintained laundry room that I used and a nice store as well! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, well maintained park with extremely friendly/ helpful management. So glad we found this little gem in our travels. Next time we travel through the Grand Junction area we will definitely book another stay.

Great park now that new management has taken over a lot more relaxed honestly I'd say one of the better parks in Junction Junction but soon they will be installing a pool hot tub and doing other things to make the park more enjoyable And they will also be Installing another dog park Great RV park great vibe

Well maintained, nice wide sites. All gravel and not much shade so summer will be hot, but was great in April. Dog park, wifi, full hookups, good rates.

yes there are electrical hookups .and they allowed us a dog tie out in our space..did not inquire about a pen
10 dollars for dumping, 10 bucks to fill fresh if over 40 gal, 5 bucks if under 40 gal

Contact the park but i believe that they do. I saw a number of campers that stay there an extended amount of time.
We have a limited number sites available for month to month guests. RVs must be newer than 15 years old to qualify for a monthly site.
