There isn't a rating high enough for Old Vine Wine & Spirits! I have never experienced the customer service that I have from the owner and his staff! I sent a message via their website asking if they would consider delivering to a zip code not listed and less than 5 minutes I received a call from the owner Rick. Not only was he more than willing to do so he helped me decide on the wine to deliver to a friend for her retirement! And the wine was personally delivered, beautifully packaged!

Rick, the owner, literally wrote the book on customer service and providing value to his clients. He not only remembered my name the second time I was in his store, but small details about my family and wine preferences. I respect the fact that he is a small business owner competing against the big guys, so he has my business every time I reach for my favorite drink. I would 110% recommend not only visiting Old Vine Wine, but getting to know Rick and his wonderful, knowledge staff. It's great if you are looking for a rare bourbon or wine. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. The prices are still reasonable considering it's such a small place.
