The monthly rate for Winter 2018/2019 ranges from $525 per month for our smaller 30amp sites without cable to $600/mo for our longer double wide sites with 50 amp power capability and cable TV. The monthly rate as far as I understand is 580.00. Then they'll read your meter your hooked up to for the power and essentially you'll pay a set amount per watt used, last rate I think was $0.08/watt. Hope that helps!
