AWFUL COMMUNICATION! I booked a monthly spot in March and gave the required deposit for our April stay. The person I spoke with was so nice and then when I called back, he no longer worked there. I talked to Shawna who promised to call/email me a spot number and confirmation and she let me know there would be no staff when I arrived. She never called so I was forced to make other arrangements (blessing in disguise).. it took me exactly one month since my booked stay to get my deposit refunded. That month was spent reaching out and recieving all the excuses on why I had to wait for the refund.. during this time I had mail being sent there as I had planned this spot months in advance.. they sent back all my mail without letting me know they recieved anything. This mail was important and communication from my end was very clear. Shawna was supposed to bring me a refund in kearney (never showed or sent communication that she couldn't make it).. then I was supposed to meet her on Thursday and she canceled that. I told her I would come out Friday and she agreed. I showed up and she ignored all calls, texts, and the office was closed. 60 miles of diesel gas WASTED! She called me back the next day with another excuse and said she would leave my refund in a mailbox on property along with the one piece of mail they had kept. Another 60 miles later, I have 100$ and no mail! Honestly I have no idea how these people are in business. It was so frustrating and a huge headache. I've been full timing for a year and have never had such an unprofessional interaction with a park. Not to mention the park is in awful shape! The pond is half empty, it's pretty much on i80, & there's a run down hotel in the middle of the park. Not to mention the gas station/truck stop across the street. I'm so glad we didn't stay here! Do yourself a favor and pass on this sorry excuse for a business/rv park. Reply to owner: I called the only number listed. How would I get in touch with an owner who doesn't have his/her info posted?? Also, I asked for your number and was ignored.

Open for short or extended stays. Place has gone downhill a little since my last review. Park has a nice setup, but the main drive of the park is in bad shape, and the pond has rubbish that is unsightly. Still seems like a good place to stay, but some improvements are needed.

Carissa was friendly and helpful checking in. Got a 30 Amp spot (#13) for $35/night. Filled water tank in case it got turned off, since freeze warnings are currently in effect. Dump is in a weird spot at end of pull thru sites. Best to access by going counterclockwise around RVs Quite possibly the best shower facilities I've used all year!! Worth the few extra dollars compared to state park entrance fee ($8)and nightly fee ($25) just for the shower alone!

We were looking for a place to stop and set up camp for the night on the way home from our trip out west. I'm so glad we picked this place! My son and I were both in dire need of a good shower. This place didn't disappoint! The bathrooms and showers were amazing and so clean with lots of hot water. Nice people and easy to reserve a spot online. Very quiet in the evening. You can hear the traffic on the expressway but it made for great white noise in my opinion. I slept like a rock.

When we were there (August 28, 2019) showers were covered in the fee and they are incredibly nice showers. No minimum stay length required. Talk to camp hosts Charlie and Rachel. They are very nice and attentive!!!

We did on Tuesday and Wednesday but it’s dried out pretty good the last couple days. Just Cant use the road around the pond yet.
