My mother has been here 5 months after having Congestive Heart Failure.. She came down with 2 other illnesses while being here.. Now shes has been admitted once again to To a Local Hospital With Congestive Heart Failure among other things that had been over looked or IGNORED.. Legal Action Will Be Taken..

Avoid their residential accommodations!!! Helping my mom bath and dress into clean clothes is a routine. She has Alzheimer's and we rely on them but, after many conversations, it's obvious the staff does as they want, when they want. I gi to visit mom and she hasn't showered and is in stained clothes. I can't say all the staff is neglecting her health and safety but it only takes one or two to compromise my mother's well- being. She uses walker and and one of the tennis balls used to ease the movement over the carpet and other surfaces was missing. I noticed it and asked them to repair.. I came back twice in two weeks and nothing has been done. They told me I had to buy tennis balls. It was like pulling teeth! Caregivers watching and elderly woman with severe arthritis and a dislodged hip struggle to get around-- disgusting. There are several more instances to mention but pending legal involvement.

My name is Jerry Koontz two years ago my mother Mildred Daniels had an above knee amputation on her right leg as a result needed skilled nursing care during a long recovery long recovery process.After bouncing around from one facility to facility,four to be exact we settled on Country Villa Terrace.Thank God! We hit the Jackpot! The staff were well trained in Quality Patient Care. Not only that they paid attention to little nuances,like tending to the needs of the Those9family members anxietys and frustrations.I'd like to thank the nursing staff,they were all awesome,the PTs were incredible beyond compare.Thanks to the professional management of the Country Villa Terrace all is pardon pun well.Last but not lest thanks to all the great orderly sanitation and maintenance workers.who go unsung,but not on my watch! Angle,Analyn,Amanda Katherine,Tiffany Veronica.Vicki David.Thank to Neal for always being point man during my many calls for help.Who ever I did not mention much love to you all too.God Bless.
