I don't really care for writing reviews but everyone should read our experience at this facility. My mother recently suffered a stroke and was transferred to this facility from Cedars for short term rehab. She was unable to walk and had issues with her speech. In two weeks, I have seen such drastic improvement in her overall health. She was able to lift her right arm again and was able to walk to the bathroom with just a walker. She even got her smile back and that never ceases to amaze me. I am very happy with the quality of care here! The nurses here are very respectful and caring. The therapists here give such aggressive treatment. Not sure why there are bad reviews about this place. People always mistaken this facility with the other Country Villas around the area, so please be aware! This gem is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. I did hear it is now under new management. I definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone needing rehab. THANK YOU COUNTRY VILLA NORTH FOR EVERYTHING!!

This place will kill your love one. There’s fleas, ants and leave people in their waste for 12 hours. This is not humane care.

I had my mom there one night and she called me to come get her. She said some of the night staff was rude and threw her clothes at her when they moved her to another room!!

The girl with the Jamaican accent called to tell me my grandmother was dead with a laugh in her voice like it was funny. This was about 10 years ago and hopefully she's been fired, but if she's still there, tell her to go to hell and don't leave your elderly loved ones there. It wasn't worth my time to complain to the management at the time, but thanks to smart phones and Google maps it is now.
