If you CARE about your Loved one , PLEASE , PLEASE Don't take them to this FACILITY !!! It is ABSOLUTELY horrible!! ..., My mother was going to stay there for rehabilitation after a Stroke ,..And , I'm So GLAD I went up there the next day ....Needless to say I CHECKED MY MOM OUT the Next day!!! The Nurses are Terrible! ...Unfriendly & totally INCOMPETENT !! I implore ANYONE who is thinking of having a Loved One placed at this is Facility...,...DONT DO IT !!!! Stay CLEAR of this place ... Sincerely,. Lee Murray

As a patient here I love the facility but some of the other patients here make my stay less than desirable.

Since COVID-19 this facility has went down. Staff is unprofessional and very unfriendly. My Mom has had 3 incidents here since COVID, where she tested positive but No Symptoms they rush her to hospital found out she was just several constipated. The nurse tells her Doctor we advice him to put my Mom on Hospice we gave nobody the authority to do this miscommunication to the HIGHEST. DON’T put your love ones here if they can’t speak for them self

The most important part of Caregiving is the people who you entrust your loved ones care to. The Staff at Country Villa Westwood Health makes you feel as though they are an extension of the family. They go out of their way to communicate and above and beyond the call of duty to help wherever they can. They make the Patients know that they care about them as individuals too with dignity to the most challenged Patients of them all. My heart is filled with the spirit of love when I have been there to visit those who I did not know prior and to those who I know and love. If anyone wants to really make a positive difference not only for the Patients, but also for yourself visit or volunteer at Country Villa Westwood Health. Home is where the heart is and for those who cannot be at their own home this is a place where they may find the love.

Yes, they know! I would like to know how the kid who "runs" the place, Saul Ackerman sleeps at night. What really has me stumped is how the health department has been wooed to postpone the immanent closure of this Mickey Mouse operation.
That's exactly my concern. I still feel an investigation should move forward. Although it's only been 2months since my loved ones transition, He has no permanent burial place and no place where I can even honor his existence.
There are 92 beds, but it's close to full. 1/5 stars from the department of health, very bad Skilled Nursing Facility
