If you have a life threatening illness, please have your doctor use a different supplier for your medical supplies. My son has type 1 diabetes and his supplies were not shipped on more than one occasion. I spent hours on the phone with at least 2 different agents a day. Not once did any of them actually know what was happening. When I finally spoke to a supervisor he informed me that our new insurance wasn’t contracted with Verio. How could I have spoken with multiple agents since updating our insurance, and not one of them told me this. Thank God our new doctor referred us to a new supplier because I definitely cannot rely on Verio when my son’s life is at stake.

4 mo. Update: Called two days ago for more supplies. There was no hold time, customer service was good, item was shipped on time and arrived today. No problems this time at all, updating rating accordingly. Extremely busy, not enough staff to handle their phone calls. Two separate times claimed they were shipping my supplies and didn't, the first of which they lost the order entirely and had no record. Waiting 3+ weeks to replace my broken mask.

The oxygen supplier for a family member has changed 3 times in 2018. The doctors group saved a few bucks by switching but the customer service dropped dramatically! Verio of Moreno Valley was covering Murrieta until the new local office opened. We were scheduled for a 1pm delivery. I called at 2:30pm. We'll be there at 3:30pm. I got a call at 4pm that the delivery will be at 7pm. I cancelled for the next day. Three weeks later, had to change supply companies again due to starting hospice. The same run around of 3 times to pick up from the driver who calls me "dude and man". Glad to not have Verio anymore!

1 star is too much. Since my medical group switched over to Verio, I've had only horrible experiences. The 1st month they had no records of my supplies only my name and address. They were suppose to contact me a month prior to the switch but their excuse was they didn't have my phone #. By the time the RT came to my home to take inventory of my trache supplies, I missed out of my November supplies. Even though it was their error they told me they couldn't retro my order. Again, this February they claimed to send my order but I never received it. By the time they resent it, it was the following month when I received my supplies. Once again their error and I lost out another month of supplies. All of the different DME companies I dealt with in the past offered financial assistance for supplies that exceeded the allowable amounts but not Verio. I have to clean and reuse suction catheters and disposal inner canulas that have printed on the canula "do not reuse".I've been getting infections and sore throats so I'm just waiting for a severe health scare related to the misuse of the canula so I can sue Verio and HDMG for contracting with them. This is the worst company here in the AV. Unless you have a direct extension # good luck. Their wait tines are ridiculous. I don't recommend this company and I'm in the process of finding a medical group that deals with a different company.
