I took my car to get the airbags replaced because of a recall letter I received and I was by far impressed with the customer service at this place. I was attended by the assistant manager Mike Barbee & he was so respectful & kind and helped me so much. He was quick with the process and did everything he could in order for me to have a great experience there. He gave me advice and explained to me other particular issues my car had which allowed me to have a better understanding of all those issues and what I could do to fix or prevent certain problems. Overall, all the employees from filling paperwork, to receiving a loaner car, to getting my cars airbags replaced, definitely gave me the best experience at this location and truly not disappointed. The service department here is great and I wish I could leave a different review for the sales. Mauricio in sales somehow got my mobile number when my contact was with a different sales rep and messaged me on the weekend. I specifically asked this dealership not to put my number into some system that would put me in cold calls/messaging order... Yet, here we are. This dealership is also putting $10,000+ markups on vehicles.
