I didn't make it through the program back in 1984. Sure wish I'd taken advantage of freedom from the turmoil. But the turmoil won. All these years later, I honestly wish I'd stayed with it. It was tough but not as tough as the alternative. I still sing "I'm a new Creation" sometimes. Remember the words, fondly.

Yeah I've visit my son there never seen the inside of the church, but I believe the program does use it .i think they closed it to the public since the pandemic.
The best thing you can do is to get yourself in a NarAnon support group. There you will get support and better understanding. Your daughter has to be ready to make a change. You do not want to enable her by providing for her needs. There is a Teen Challenge for women, all ages, in Ventura. Also Village of Hope in Tustin. Call and check out their websites. Sorry you are having to go through this. Never underestimate the power of prayer.
We have programs that are free of charge for Men and Women 18+. If you would like to visit our website at https://www.teenchallenge.org there you can find a list of centers. Give the closest one to you a call and they will guide you in the process of admittance.
Once a month they do interviews at the castle in riverside or you can call reedley teen challenge and ask for quinn carlson they will help you god bless you and your family
I am a student advisor in Shafter. And no we don't "lock you down" Our induction part of the Christian Life School is 3 or 4 months. We focus on building a relationship with Jesus and you are free to leave the program at any time. More importantly we have been around since 1958, students who complete the program have the highest success rate of any other program. If you really want to change your life, come see us.
They study the bible and family unification they teach you to value yourself and to love others the also teach you work ethics verry good place for anybody who wants to change there life

If this person is ready to change and willing to really commit themselves, Teen Challenge is an amazing opportunity that I would strongly suggest.
Typically rehabilitation is at list one year, there are phases in the program that student needs to go trough, going trough phases depends on individual but also on the estimate of the stuff, there are no shortcuts for the life change process...😁😁👍👍

Teen challenge does not charge he would have to go to timothy house its for young people under 18 call riverside teen xhallenge if your in california it will change his life
