If this person is ready to change and willing to really commit themselves, Teen Challenge is an amazing opportunity that I would strongly suggest.

Teen Challenge at Benedict Castle is an incredible program. My cousin is currently there, and it has certainly changed his life for the better. i know they do interviews/introductions on Tuesdays, but you would need to call up there to get further details. Good luck to you and your loved one!
That depends on the needs but your first call should be to 211 explain to them the situation and get there input they should be able to give you all your options to make a better informed decision hope this helps
