Really slow processing rental payment. I was waiting for 4 months for a tenant rent assistance, and they run out of funds, what Am I suppose to do? will the mortgage Company wait few months for their payment?

Been waiting on ANY kind of update on emergency rental assistance app and no one responds to my messages. I understand you're busy but why keep accepting apps if you can't even process the existing apps let alone respond to update inquiries. SO disappointing.

I submitted my application back in October of 2021. I've been conditionally approved since January and here it is April and still no payment. I call and call and all they say is it's in the final stage and we can't give an update once it's submitted for final review. My bill are out of control now and my landlord is fed up. The only thing this program has done so far is put me in a bigger debt that I won't be able to get out from. At this point I feel like it's a scam because the comments below aren't getting paid either. Where is the assistance!?

I applied for rental assistance in in July, have been conditionally approved for 3 months, nothing funded to property owner or utilities. i have disconnect notices for disconnection this week. I have called many times and still no help, nothing on when it will be told dont have a time frame. my Family will be homeless soon and no one cares, this program was created to help but really its hurting. not only me but my landlord. asked for supervisor. get no help im very concerned for everyone waiting, would like to reach out to someone in a position to help but get no information.

This company is legitamate aswell as uncooperative non responsive rediculous.. i have filed several complaints in every aspect posible, the botom line is theyre a growth hacking company that exercises dark practise with people on the verge of homeless ness,. If your willing to experiance their abuse apply apply apply because thats what youll be doing for the next seven months . If possible seek help thru unitedway or anyother. org. Not INLAND SO CAL UNITED LIFT TO RISE.. For everyones information they catagorize by race for urgency, something to keep in mind that is against the law of fair housing sec 804 (a) (b) look it up for yourself....good luck you will need it .... explore other options,
Absoluteley. Ive applied and my landlord towed my trailor and is hding it ra ndsome for rent because lift to rise iegaly denied me for docuuments beyond my grasp so now im homeless seeking to file a civil suit against both my landlord and lift to rise i personaly think theres coruuption aswell as dark practise in marketing theyre growth hackers just beware they dont do their job.

No this is an office building not a shelter they do office work and can gkve u a list of shelters available with open beds but good luck most have av6 month or or morevwaitubg lust3
It is an office location that helps with temperate & permanent housing as well as other social programs
