Made a spontaneous call to search for a 2022 Stinger, nothing locally in color I wanted; 30 minutes later received call a 2023 arrived solo in color I wanted - it was meant to be for me. I was shocked and excited! Mark was fabulous getting everything done so I could pick up same day. He even messaged me a few days later to see how I was liking the car and if there was anything I needed. Everyone at dealer so nice & encouraging. This is my second Kia and love their customer service!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Jose and German on the sales team were extremely helpful and answered every single one of my many questions. I came from out of town and Jose and German made everything easy and seamless for me. I am so thankful for them and my new beautiful Kia K5! There are no words that can express my amazing experience! I was on the market for a car for two weeks, and from all the deals in entire LA County Kirby had one of the two best deals. I wont mention the other option, but i will explain why i decided to move forward with this location, even that was 40 miles further than my home location. Two words will define that: CUSTOMER SERVICE! the friendly compassionate and positive approach from these guys was amazing experience! From the first moment when I spoke with John Gonzales over the phone I explained him how is my situation, and what am I looking for. Within couple of hours he gave me great options for leasing a car (that was my initial request). Since i was happy with the breakdown of prices and professional approach, i was just curious to see an offer for actually financing a vehicle , even that this was not my first intention. The quote came back amazing. it fitted my budget and expectations. Since he was not at work at the moment even that he was communicating with me after hours, he forwarded my file to George Estrada to take care of me. George called me the next day, assure that they have the stock of the car i wanted, and even they kept it for me for 24 hours! nobody does that!! only these amazing guys! George even helped me with the credit application and gave me the best APR! Both of them made this experience amazing for me, and since this is my first time buying a car, i am definitely recommending this place and these guys to everyone!!! amazing great team, great deals, and as i said before even that this is 40 miles away from my home location, i would still say the best KIA Dealership out there!
