in comparison to my previous experience with Toyota, the service was top-notch. Joel was extra helpful and let me take my time checking out all of the different trucks. They also let me take the truck home to pick my kids up from school and show my husband when he got home from work since he is going to be the primary driver. We love the truck and feel like we had a great experience and weren't getting toyed with like at Toyota.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service I received here from Maria today!. My car had four brand new tires replaced 48 hours ago at another local repair shop. I almost experienced a blowout today with one of those new tires (manufacturers defect) and was towed to Paradise Chevrolet. Maria spent almost an hour dealing with my fleet company and helping me figure out exactly what was needed for my vehicle and for me to feel safe going forward. The fleet people sent me back to the original repair shop to handle this issue, however I can’t speak highly enough about the degree of professionalism and compassion that Maria exuded. I knew and she knew that she wouldn't make a commission with me getting sent back to the original repair shop. Maria took extra time to make sure the fleet company understood what would be needed over at the other shop lobbying on my behalf with recommendations for the proper repairs and proper tire specs. THAT is what makes her service and Paradise Chevrolet stand out. They are blessed to have such a great employee! When it comes time to buy my teens their cars, it will be a Chevy and they will be serviced here.

Our experience at your dealer was amazing. The moment my husband called to make an appointment, he immediately received a message and video from Devin showing him a Tahoe your dealer had available. Devin was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and was friendly through out the entire process while remaining professional. They probably would if you are persistent, if you recently bought it, if you bought it a few years ago i would say you're probably out of luck
