I bought a used vehicle in Feb. They gave me a dealership warranty for the first 2 months covering ALL electrical and mechanical issues. I live in San Diego county. The Vehicle had multiple issues! I brought it back to Temecula multiple times for them to deny there was an issue. I was bounced between sales and service and there is zero communication between their departments. I have video showing the issues and I had I offered to drive up and reproduce the issues for them, which they refused. Eventually they took my vehicle for over a week with zero communication. I called them for information and was told to "come pick up the vehicle there was nothing else they could do". I talked to a Manager "in charge" the sales department who acknowledged the vehicle had electrical issues. He offered to put me into something comparable when I told him I wanted my money back and they could keep the lemon. His exact words, "we are not there yet." He asked me to find a vehicle on their lot that was comparable. There was not one. I told him that and was told to look at cars that cost more. (I was given a price range) I sent him the closest to comparable in his price range given. The offer he sent back was for a vehicle I had never seen and did not provide him! It was a higher interest rate and 2 years longer then my original loan. When I told him I want my money back and they could take the lemon he said he had to talk to "his boss". They paid off the loan to the bank and refused to return my $2000 deposit I paid them at purchase. (The reason given was they are unwilling to "undo" a 5 moths old "deal") They Now I have to sue in a county an hour away just to get back what should have been an easy fix. I would not recommend this dealership or any DCH dealership. They have proved themselves unreliable and untrustworthy! RUN AWAY!

Great customer service. Jaime and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were able to drive off with our new car within 3-4 hours which normally it would take us a whole day with other agencies. We got a great deal and were very satisfied with our purchase. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer recently. Great people to work with. No pushy salespeople or games. Every person from start to finish was friendly, helpful, and professional. Carlos Santana, his manager Carlos, and the finance manger Tony, were all fantastic. I’ve bought several cars from dealers and this was by far my best experience. They even delivered the vehicle to me over 45 mins away, clean and with a full tank of gas. Definitely recommend.
