Waited on hold for 30 minutes. No joke. I called to let then know I would be 5 to 10 minutes late. They said OK. I get there 5 min late then wait another 5 to be told I can't be seen. Complete waste of time and extremely rude all around. This isn't the first time I've had issues with their attitude or lack of service. I spent 20 minutes sitting a room while Dr. Olaf chatted with another provider about places to eat. I had to interrupt them to see if I needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional place.

I recently moved from Graybill Escondido to Temecula and assigned my whole family to Dr. Muchowski. I brought my newborn and Dr. Muchowski was very informative, seemed to care about my questions ,and was very nice. I am so glad I found her! I am looking forward to bringing the whole family, the staff was very kind as well. I highly recommend them .

I’m so grateful for Dr. Muchowski who was able to meet with my brother who has dementia. She was so professional and kind. As she examined my brother, she put him at ease, explaining patiently what she was doing, why she was doing it and without being condescending. She was able to complete a rather complex and Laborious report in a timely fashion, allowing my brother to not feel anxiety or frustration. She has a gift for communicating effectively without making the patient feel “hurried”. All in all, an appointment we were dreading turned out to be a very positive experience. Thank you Dr. Muchowski.

Very clean and friendly staff, love my Doc Karen Muchowski MD super awesome Love the TV with volume LOL most places won't have any volume and sometimes with a TV off. Definitely recommend and hope they can tighten up their keeping appointments on time.
