Have been waiting for a specific color F-150 from several months. Finally spotted one in the Hemet dealership. Made contact with Connie who actually returned my phone call. This is not the norm anymore as people have a tendency to not follow-up. The truck was delivered from Hemet to Temecula the next day. I loved it and bought it. The entire staff was courteous and professional. When my personal plans for my former truck fell though, they made me a generous and reasonable offer. I returned my former truck the next day and picked up my check four days later. The entire process was smooth and professional. This is the second F-150 I have bought from them in five years. I would and will recommend any of my friends purchase from Gosch Ford Temecula.

This place is amazing! Was having trouble with my Carmax warranty & was directed to Gosch Ford since I had a warranty for my Ford Focus. They were so quick to get me an appointment & help me with my clutch that needed to be replaced ! Took two days & now my car is driving smooth & better than before! Very clean & professional place! Raymond a service adviser, was the guy who helped with all of my Fusions needs and helped in all ways he possibly could. I am so thankful to have had him help me service my car, I walked out stress free and happy. He called me to pick my car back up and was the one I dealt with since drop-off.
