Only one word necessary to describe my birthday celebration at the Pink Hotel - AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you Tiffany and staff for making my birthday extra special. My friends and I are planning to return for another wonderful experience.

An amazing experience my daughter Harmony had. The service shown by the team members during the party was amazing. Best experience ever. Very clean, the order of the party was very organized. It was truly worth the cost. It allowed the girls to experience being pampered and taking care of yourself. Most of all sisterhood and building friendships. I loved hearing the stories of the owner and the hard work she put into this place. Very inspirational. Awesome job! The young lady that served us, blessed my soul. Such a sweet heart, but fun to be around. She interacted with the girls and gave them some good laughs.

This place does not provide everything they stated they would in a $1399 plus birthday package . We are still waiting on the birthday cake/ photo booth/ balloons( colors of our choice) / breakfast. An email was sent and no one has reached out to address our concerns. Please do your homework before supporting this establishment. The ideal is however great but the delivery of service was horrible.
