Kaila is wonderful. She remembered my name after one visit and helped me get a lower price on my medication. Friendly, capable and fantastic customer service. Great work, Kaila.

I don't know what position Will has at the Publix Pharmacy at this location, but I will say that he is very insensitive when it comes to what I was told is Publix Pharmacy's policy, which is they do not notify the doctor's office that wrote the prescription or the person that needs the prescribed medication that they do not have the medication at their location and they have to order, therefore, it will be in within the next day or two. This is the second time this has happened to me and the second time I've had to speak to insensitive Will. When I called on 6/9/22, to see if the prescription had been called into Publix, Will looked me up in the system and told me that it will be ready tomorrow, 6/10/22, mind you I went to the doctor on 6/8/22. I explained that I was out of my medication and that is why the doctor called the order in on 6/8/22, Will said "well ok, repeated that I could pick the meds up tomorrow and if I wanted to I could transfer to another pharmacy and have them call Publix. I knew it was worthless to argue with him on the phone, because like I said, I've already been through this and Will was the one that told me what I mentioned above. Needless to say, I will not be refilling my meds at Publix anymore.
