In my search efforts to find a new PCP I visited this location to see if their facility was to my liking and found their door to be locked. I called the office to say I was outside and wanted to visit their facility and was told they don't allow that. I've never felt so rejected by a medical provider and as I drove off I seen one of their staff members peaking through the blinds. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend any new patients to this office.

The doctor I was seeing left the practice after she had her baby. No one told me until I showed up for my yearly physical that she was not coming back to the practice. Now they only have a part time doctor and the practice is owned by a nurse practitioner. I have no problem with that, but you need to tell your patients. If I had not asked, I wouldn’t have known the truth that the doctor I trusted wasn’t coming back. I cannot receive medical care from people I don’t trust.

Dr Arcot Joshi is so very Different and impersonal than Dr Mahon. The office staff are still very nice and personable. I miss Dr Mahon like others very much. RIP
