This is not the same dealership it used to be. Long hold times. I have left voice-mail for two different employees, and many hours later neither has called me back. My car is having issues and the earliest appointment I am told is over two weeks out. My past experiences here were very positive, but things seem to have taken a turn for the worse.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Upon arrival no one greeted us. Then once we expressed interest in a Mercedes S class, we asked to test drive and were told they were "busy" and only had two employees at the moment. Being that we are young buyers they said they would have to accompany us on the test drive, which we expected. We said we would wait and a 3rd employee was sent to us, an older gentleman. He then began to give us a father like lecture about what is our purpose of the trip, if we can actually afford the vehicle, if we were YouTubers, and ultimately ending with they didn't want to add miles to the car if we weren't serious buyers. We have been to multiple dealerships in the area and this is the first time we have had a sales person that lacked the desire to sell a car. He did not take us serious what so ever whether it may be because we are young buyers or not he should have approached us and the situation differently. We will never do business with this company or recommend people to either. Management should carefully consider the people they allow to interact with customers if they'd like to make sales and conduct business with anyone who walks on their lot.

I will definitely refer friends and family here! The staff was amazing! They were helpful, kind and made me feel like family. Sales staff was great, Hayden helped me and went above and beyond, his customer service was exceptional! Erica in finance made the car buying process smooth and GM Dan made it all possible! Thanks to all who helped me at Hello Subaru of Temecula!!! I was able to drive off the lot with a beautiful car! Looking for a dealer that has your best interests at heart...Pick HELLO SUBARU OF TEMECULA!!!!

I love that dealership, but most of all I love my WRX! I have been very impressed with the how soon one can make an appointment for service and how quickly it gets completed. Plus, I normally get a chance to have lunch with John Pierce, the person I bought the car from and a friend. Keep up the good work!
