My appointment was 13:30. Unfortunately I could not find a way to get to the place cuz I haven't been here before. So I got at the guard shack at 1340. The lady in the guard shack was nice got me in park the trailer in the bay. Turned in the paperwork ask the guy in the office is there an easier way to get here. It might have just been my attitude but he seemed that he come off a little rude. Going to check my attitude make sure it wasn't me. So far I've been here an hour and a half and they just started unloading me. I will continue this comment when the other half is done. Don't know about coming early but if you have the chance I would probably chance it. Got offloaded at 1535 which is okay I was a tad bit late the guy was really nice to tell me how to get here from now on cuz all the trucker apps do not send you the right direction. Unfortunately I can't remember the streets he told me but I will take a picture of the route that best gets you here so that way if you read these reviews you will know how to get here better than most people. People were nice I don't know about the night side but we'll see you next time I'm here. God bless and hope all the drivers stay safe on the road it's getting kind of tricky out there.

Check in it 15mins before your appointment time. Plenty of parking available on street while I was waiting had no issues with law enforcement what so ever. Far as having full Refeer tank. That only applies to driver's who are dropping and hooking trailer's. Live loads this doesn't apply to you.
