Missed my flight because the $150 PCR 1-Day test results came back over 72h later. Customer service was very unhelpful despite all the evidence and I ended up having to process a chargeback with my credit card company. Rebooked a new PCR test at LAX and they gave me the results in 4 hours.

If you’re looking for fast results for a no cost PCR test this is definitely not your go to site!!! I took my daughter about 7 or 8 days ago and still have not received results. I called 5 times already and after waiting for at least an hour no one can give me any clues on when I will get the results. They only care about the patients who pay for a test, very upsetting

it's scam. drive up only with no clear signs or someone to ask if there is a walk up line. when i had called yesterday before making an appointment to see if walk ups were possible i was told yes. now that im out of 75 dollars, its a different story. dont waste your money. thankfully, the sheriff's station across the street is taking foot traffic. bring a chair and get there early.

Had an appointment to get tested at 12:15 today. Got tested at 2PM. The drive thru line was ridiculously long which went around the parking lot. I feel like they do not care/nor ask what time your appointment is. I was so frustrated waiting in line but when I finally reached the point where there was a person to check you in, the lady was so nice and sweet that I felt like I couldn’t get mad. The plus was that staff was nice. BUT the process of getting tested is ridiculous and NOT efficient. There has to be a more efficient way to do it… should have read prior reviews in just going early in the morning before your appt time.
