PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if you are a BLACK PERSON do not visit this facility. The doctor aggressively demanded that I move out of her seat after i mistakenly sat in "her" seat. I was confused because my diagnosis is causing me confusion and delirium. I asked her name and she shared it, "Lindsey" with irritation as if I am not worthy of knowing her name. A nurse was not able to draw my blood then went to get another nurse. The other nurse came in, did not introduce herself or look into my face before she began to make demands about how I should posture my arm for her to draw blood. Taken back, I asked her name before she began. She replied, "did i do something wrong" still refusing to even look into my face. I said, "of course not, Im just not use to people drawing my blood without telling me their name." She passive aggressively proceeded to draw my blood, blurted her name, "Sabrina" as if I did not just express a concern to her. The doctor did not describe prescription instructions to me or clearly define post health recommendations. I had to read the Patient Clinical Summary just to get clarity about how to proceed with my prescription, to which some of what is written in the summary was not communicated to me in office. I was floored at how egregiously discriminatory my experience was. I say "discriminatory" because apparently no other Non-Black person is having this experience in the Google Reviews. News and other "sources" consistently claim that Black people do not work towards great health and I NEED to make it clear that the disparity is largely because when we do seek medical help, medical staff treat us as if we are an annoyance, not intelligent or emotionally sound enough to know, describe, or recognize our health needs. WE ARE TIRED OF THIS. WE ARE TIRED OF BEING PUNISHED FOR SEEKING HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Given WRONG info from Jessica at the front desk. She told us to drive 20 miles across town to an empty building. When I called to find out why the office manager was in a meeting. Maybe she needs to train staff and stay out of the constant meetings.

I fell down stairs and broke not one, but both wrists. As my sister went to drive me to the hospital we first went to Urgent Care Pros near her house as I knew i would be in a hospital emergency waiting in intense pain for 6 hours but wasnt sure Urgent Care Pros could handle such extensive injuries. They gave me a shot for the extensive pain, took xrays, and put casts on in 1 hour at a reasonable cost. i could then make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon the next day. Avoided the traumatic emergency room pain and wait completely. THANK YOU
