My son's favorite place to play other than the recreational public parks. Very nice indoors playground for children under 52 inches tall. During the week is not so crowded because of birthday parties.

Hands down this place is the worst. The little boy and flat nose female at the front had bad attitudes. Super rude. Wanted to charge my son just to sit and wouldn't let him play because he was am inch over their requirement. They have a waiver for adults but not for my son who is a child. Smh terrible customer service DO NOT GO!!!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! They wouldn't even gran a manager for me to talk to. Couldn't believe the disrespect. And when we decided to leave They started talking about us behind our backs and shaking their heads.

Lots of fun for babies, toddlers and younger children. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great food area with a good variety of drinks and staff. Highly recommend!

We have been here 3 times, once before the pandemic and twice after/ during. It’s a great fun place for kids. The only thing I don’t like is that now play time is only for 2 hours. I understand these new regulations but explaining it to the toddlers as they are crying it’s a little difficult. Also, there’s an area, by the restroom where it’s 2-3 stories tall for kids, because of this, it’s a little on the darker side and I like it to be bright enough where I can spot my child quit. Maybe adding some type of light in there will make it better for the parents. One more thing, as a nursing mother, the only “comfortable” place to nurse is on the chairs in the eating area. I personally would appreciate better sitting area around the playground. I’ve seen other nursing mothers sit uncomfortably on the hard benches as they nurse.

Kids are free, adults are $17 a person. Take your own socks with you do you do not pay $1 for them.
Hello. Kidz Town is open everyday from 9:30-8:00pm
My daughter is 4 years old and loves Kidz Town. She doesnt stop playing the whole time we are there. And $15 is not that expensive nowadays. I mean $15 barely buys one person lunch. I think it's worth the money.
Hi Monica. Yes we do sell gift cards.
You get a private room for your cake and gifts, but the playground is still open to the public.
Hello. We typically have kids from crawling toddlers to kids as tall as 54in. 54 inches is the maximum height that we allow the kids to play. Typically every kid have a great time!
Been taking grandson sense the first week it opened. Always greeted nicely, even when busy quick to get you in. Price not bad for 2 hours of running around having fun, always clean. Just one thing, wish all parents would put their phones down for the 2 hours that their there, & interact with kids.
There is a toddler section for 3 years old and younger. Some parents bring their crawling kiddos to go out and explore. You can go in for a tour if you like to see.
Please come in Mon - Wed from 9:30am to 2pm and please ask for the manager. Thank you
