My washer would not rotate past the medium load size, and my dryer was loud-and no longer heating up. So I submitted a work request on his website and Robert called me right back! He came over and gave me an estimate within the hour! He was so reasonable, we agreed and he came right back with the parts and replaced everything that wasn’t working anymore. My machines are over 15 years old and they’re running like new. Highly recommend this friendly, prompt, and reasonable professional.

Avoid at all costs! We have had an absolutely horrible customer service experience with this company. Rob came out to fix our LG washer that had not been working. The first time they came out, they installed a new part they said would fix the problem. They also provided a post service warranty which we liked. Unfortunately, the day after the original repair, the unit stopped working again and had water overflowing so we needed them to come out again to fix the problem since we were still under the service warranty. They were very hard to reach and finally returned our calls and texts several days later and came out several days after that. . After coming out the second time, the unit stopped working once again the next day. We have been trying to reach them for 10 days by text, voice mail, and emails to fix the problem we still have. We have reached out to them multiple times per day by phone, email, and texts with absolutely no response. Its like they completely disappeared. Horrible, unprofessional, and very frustrating customer service.
