We had to deal with the dispatcher on duty, Maria, who was just awful, rude and should not be allowed to deal with people at all. The manager, Kenia, would not respond. We were on the phone with them while our car was brought in, got there 10 minutes later and they shut the door in our face, just so they can keep our car over night and charge $300. Maria's exact words were "I just helped someone get the car, I am not going to help you too". The worst place, they should be shut down.

Towing is a ruthless job & its not the fault of the towing company but the system that allows such things to happen. They were friendly & had decent prices when I went there one time to get my friends car out of the lot.

4/4/2018 Was scared plenty ... to pick-up the stolen and recovered vehicle ... not knowing what to find and whom to deal with; understandably they have not the most pleasant job to expect patience with my heart and head aches and money worries. To my surprise the man at the counter on duty at the time (quite fatherly looking if I may) had more patience than the police department, and did listen and look carefully at the situation and papers. Even in calculating my debt they were most considerate and fair. Good wishes and much thanks for being caring.

Good job to the city/LAPD for contracting with these clowns. I'd like to see all businesses that survive by placing a financial burden on people go under. On top of the towing fee I was hit with, these criminals charged me a nice storage fee for my vehicle that was with them for less than an hour. Disgusting company.
