My daughter tore two ligaments three weeks before volleyball Nationals in Indiana and high school tryouts. We were devastated thinking she wouldn’t be ready. However, the day we met Michele and Dr. Bast, they assured us they could help get her back in time. They came up with a 14 day plan and we worked with Michele multiple days a week. Michele was incredible!! She made our PT appointments fun and challenging all at the same time. The attention we received from both Michele and Dr. Bast was amazing and my daughter made it back to the court so much stronger! We will continue to send all athletes we know here!!

Casa Colina and the sports med program is amazing! I came here with knee pain and they rehabbed me to health to run the Boston Marathon in 2018. They are very knowledgeable of the body and tailored my program to meet my needs! As a Physical educator I appreciated their in depth knowledge of sport and anatomy. I had to have knee surgery after a meniscus tear and they rehabbed me through that and now I am able to run and do the sports and activities I enjoy without pain and with better knowledge of my body’s needs. The therapists are also extremely personable and a joy to work with. This is the prime spot for athletes to rehab!

Very nice experience! Residency program for up and coming doctors. Didnt have to wait long despite no appointment(they dont take appointments). The resident doctor checked me first, and then the onsite orthopedic doctor followed up to check the evaluation. So you actually get 2 opinions. They gave me a rehab program which was followed up on by the physical therapist. Nice opportunity for the residents to get real life practice, and its a free service to the community.

I have been coming to physical therapy for the last six months. Everyone is very professional and they listen to what’s wrong with you and come up with a custom plan to help you with your health issues. My pt was Faith. She is amazing! Always positive, always listens and has magic hands!

General visiting hours are: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) and 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m (Saturday and Sunday) for the Acute Rehabilitation Wing and 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the Medical Surgical Wing.
Yes there is pain management. They also offer physical therapy which has helped me more than pain management.
As of 2:50 PM phone service is back. They are under construction so temporary outages may happen. Any time during the male voice greeting you can press O to speak to a live operator. She can direct you to the right department and you will then speak to a department representative who can help with appointments. If you are an outpatient please be aware that therapists are with patients and may have to return your call at end of the day. I call there regularly and can always get through by pressing O and asking for Outpatient.

No it doesn't have the "Silver Sneakers" fitness program. It does however have the Assisted Fitness Program and the No Boundaries Program. Both programs are after therapy fitness and wellness programs, information for both programs can be found on the Casa Colina website under Outpatient Services.
Be sure to check with your insurance provider. Not just with the Center. Casa Colina is not on every benefits list even with the same insurance company.
