As of 2:50 PM phone service is back. They are under construction so temporary outages may happen. Any time during the male voice greeting you can press O to speak to a live operator. She can direct you to the right department and you will then speak to a department representative who can help with appointments. If you are an outpatient please be aware that therapists are with patients and may have to return your call at end of the day. I call there regularly and can always get through by pressing O and asking for Outpatient.

If patients could CALL to make appointments, and speak to a human being regarding all other necessary information NOT depicted in the website perhaps. But when ALL phone numbers for EVERY department are not operational....I think not
