I gave it a 3 only because it was closed for Thanksgiving. I give it a 5 because they're closed for Thanksgiving. Doesn't make sense right. I'll explain. I needed a document printed off my phone ASAP they were closed do I didn't get it done. I gave it a 5 because they were closed so that means that their employees are off and home with their families for Thanksgiving where they should be. Make sense now lol. I always get great service and exactly what I want from fed ex that's why I go to them.
