Place smelled musty like fish everywhere plus they said the deposit would come back the next day but here I am 3 days later with no deposit back. Theres no breakfast like it says, and the bathroom in the room was nasty. Especially the tub and already had hairs in it. Staff was never at the front desk literally ever we had to call everytime. And when I called today 4 time about my deposit it just rung. No answer

For the price you get what you offer.. I was offered to save 20 bucks. I would have paid 40 bucks not to sit in between a rap show and I feel like a 9-month-old that's just feeling like life's cool but everybody's a party. I can smell and hear my neighbors

The staff was very friendly and professional. They do not have microwaves or refrigerators in a lot of the rooms. So it was difficult to bring food to the hotel. They change the garbage cans in the rooms and give fresh towels. However, they do not make the beds or give new sheets. My assumption is that they do that when you leave. I did not see many cleaning people and the front desk looked a little understaffed. Hopefully it will get better soon. The elevators do not work properly. I got stuck just before leaving. The nice lady at the front desk had to get me out. There are a lot of repairs needed. A hole in a bathroom door, spots on a tub, a broken light cover, paint starting to peel off, and leaky faucets. I'm rating 3 stars because customer service was very good. The room was relatively clean. Hopefully it gets better soon. It is what you pay for though. We will see about the deposit we had to give.

DON’T STAY HERE-EVER! I wish I could submit a zero. This hotel has a scam system going where they charge your credit card and falsely accuse you of tampering with their equipment! Then to top things off, the staff refuses to talk to you concerning these additional charges by hanging up on you. How unprofessional can a business get. Refusing to discuss the additional charges signifies to me that they KNOW they are scamming people. Be aware. If you think you are getting a fair price for a room, think again because after you check out and look at your credit card there pops up an additional $150.00 charge.
