They are always out of something and often accept only cash or only card. This place needs to be shut down until competent management can be found. Don't waste your time. If you have to have Taco Bell, there are a few others 5 minutes away.

Blatant disregard for timeliness and accuracy of order. There were 4 team members working and I was in the Drive-Thru behind two vehicles for 13 minutes. Not a super long wait but even the customers in front of me were starting to get impatient. I Would have liked to go in to place my order but the front doors were locked therefore had no choice but to drive through. I ordered two items one bean burrito with extra onions and 1 beefy melt burrito. I received two items, one was a burrito supreme the other I had no idea what it was, but was NOT what I ordered. I was asked if I wanted sauce, I asked for hot and Fire. I received hot and Fire Sauce, 31 packets! That is no joke I received 31 packets of sauce and neither of the items I ordered. I will be making a phone call to the general manager tomorrow. Very unsatisfied customer at the moment.

This place when the Native American Man is working the line. Is an amazing place, friendly, food is beyond any other Taco Bell. Is fast and made to perfection. I don't know if he is the new manager but I know when he is there the food is good and the line moves quickly. Best experience

Decided to grab my son lunch yesterdayat approximately 150pm...went through drive thru and he wanted to try the new cantina crispy chicken deluxe box. I have receipt its just in my vehicle as I am in my home writing this. Wasn't asked which chicken taco...saw they rang up the Chipotle flavor. Asked for Avocado ranch. They had no Baja blast so got Sierra mist. Pulled to window and was given drink with no ice...which we did not request. Service was friendly and fast. Got home and immediately pulled out new taco 🌮 first. I took small bite to try, because my son said I was the guinea pig 😆 Immediately I felt something extremely hard...at first I thought it was just extra crunchy batter. I tried to break through and realized it wasn't edible!!!!! It had sharp point and felt like a bone. I spit it out and examed the piece. I still have everything....entire 🌮 and the piece that I bit off taco they served my son in a zip lock bag in fridge. Of course I contacted Taco Bell Consumer to report what happened...they haven't responded. IT'S ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THAT PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH FOOD CAN SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!! I AM A FOOD SERVICE MANAGER AND I AM VERY PARTICULARLY ON WHAT IS SERVED TO OUR GUESTS WHEN I AM ON SHIFT!!! ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T MEET QUALITY STANDARDS IS IMMEDIATELY WASTED....NOT JUST HANDED TO GUESTS TO GET THEM OUT OF MY LINE!!!! IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT I AM TO DO WITH THESE ITEMS...LET ME KNOW. I WOULD LOVE FOR IT TO BE TESTED TO PROVE TACO BELL FAILED!!! IF MY CHILD WOULD HAVE BITTEN INTO THIS 🌮...THERE DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY COSTLY DENTAL BILL CAUSED BY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES WHO DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO THE GUESTS THAT HELP GIVE THEM A PAYCHECK....IF IT WASN'T FOR THOSE WHO BUY ITEMS FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT THAT YOU WORK AT....YOU WOULDN'T HAVE JOB NOR PAYCHECK!!!!
