I’ve been waiting weeks for them to get a mid to full size sedan in. Called multiple times to confirm they had one in and they assured me they did. When I got there they only had the smallest subcompact car available. They did have the other two on site but would not let me rent one because they were spoken for. Now I have to waste even more time waiting for one to come in and exchange the vehicle that will not even fit my family. Very unhapp and I don’t like being lied to.

Excellent service!!! I was in a rush to get a vehicle after my car broke down while I was en route to a funeral. I made my reservation at 9:50am for 10am. Arrived at the Enterprise in wheat ridge at 10:15am an drove off in a rental by 10:30am. They accommodated my every need in record timing. I’ve rented cars before at other places an it’s has never been that fast like how it was at enterprise !!!! Can’t remember the managers Name but the guy definitely has that place running smoothly !!!!

I had a great experience renting a car from here while waiting for a new purchase vehicle to arrive. Service was always friendly and prompt, whenever I would call in to extend my rental due to the shipment delay of my new car, it was taken care of within a matter of minutes with no hassle. When I dropped off the car, I forgot my garage door opener but the staff was understanding and friendly in holding on to the opener until I could swing by to pick it up. I would rent a car from here again if needed.
