Horrible experience. The two managers (Kerri/Brad) in the office we're very rude. The bathroom they assigned me was out of t.p. for three days. The roads have major potholes. They have several empty spots but supposedly corporate in WA won't let them reserve. And it definitely isn't a resort. Absolutely zero amenities. Please change your sign by the entrance that still reads Prospect RV Park. It's very confusing.

Avoid this place. NEW OWNERS NOW AS OF May 2022 We have stayed at RV parks all over the country, rural, urban, value oriented to the high end. We have never been treated so unprofessionally. Carrie and Brad were both untruthful and not honest. The bathroom facility was a disgusting, smoke-filled and the toilet was dirty beyond description. They promised a refund and then went back on their word.

I booked a reservation in January of this year for May 8 - May 15. I received a confirmation email stating the nightly fee was $42 plus tax. When I went into the office to pay my bill I was rudely informed that the park had changed owners since January and the nightly fee was now $53 plus tax. I talked with both Kerry (account manager) and Brad (regional manager), explained the situation and showed them the email confirmation from January. They said since a deposit was not taken, that email was not legally binding, and I had to pay $53 a night. I explained further that no one from the RV park had communicated with me about this increase which fell on deaf ears. The whole interaction was very confrontational and their attitude was they had me by the short hairs since there were no other options for a one week stay in the area. By far this is the poorest customer service I have received in three years of full timing Oh ... And the water and power connection were on the wrong side of my trailer.

We are return visitors to this rv park. We love the hosts and they go out of their way to accommodate our needs. They have a bath house and laundry facilities, open year round. The back side of the park has a beautiful green space. It is fun to hear the geese and the cats love to watch the birds and squirrels. I highly recommend this rv park.

Yes, they offer all of the services. 38 dollars a day for water and electric. They have rates for electricity only. Then they have monthly rates, for 570 dollars which includes everything
The sign says no German Shepards, no Pit Bulls, and no Dobermans.!!All dogs you have to be with must be on a leash pick up their poop. They cannot go into the laundry facilities or bathroom areas. The ladies in the front office will watch your dogs for you.
Not sure, I would call and ask. They are very nice people and if it is possible they will work with you. Nice place and very nice owners.

Yes there is, the sign may say no vacancy, but if you call they will let you know if they have available space.
How would they know about your, or anyones criminal past. They don't do background checks.
