I went for an everything 50% off sale and the majority of parts were either gone or pre reserved. Regardless I found a few things but upon checking out the price was unexpectedly high. I asked for a price breakdown to see if I should take something out and the guy was clearly annoyed that I asked. He gave me the breakdown and said my total was $106 after tax but when I was home and looking over the receipt I saw I paid $145 and he tacked on roughly $30 (nearly 30% of my total) in extended warranties without telling me, even after I was already concerned with how much I was spending on 3 smaller items.

Staff sucks!!!! Get people who actually have costumer service skills. Hell….id settle for getting people who can answer a phone properly. Maybe its management?!?! Who knows these days.

If its OEM try asking if you can change it for a different one of that same car I got climate controls for my 00 Voyager but connections were different from my car and the one I bought I was told to bring the old one to change it for another one
