Great Enterprise location to rent from! They have good cars and will work with you to make your trip work. Christina went above and beyond taking care of me and I would highly recommend this store.

This location saved my vacation. After Hertz said they ran out of cars even though I had a reservation I was able to get a car at Enterprise Santa Ana available the next day.

Customer service is good. Online reservation and going in-store don't really sync. Up. I don't agree with the additional $200 deposit charged on top of total cost of rental. Quick 3 day return of charge. I had a car for a week and they basically held $200 for 10 days. I was to get a larger car based on reservation upgrades. I didn't get it. 5 star only for location staff not Enterprise as a whole.

Yes but they’re gonna charge you a big fee.

The final charge for everything is when you return the vehicle. But they usually hold a deposit on your card of between $50-$150 depending on the vehicle type.
