Ya know honestly I wish I could give laser than a one star whoever you had running the front desk was a clown and I’m not just talking makeup. Sorry but with the way Sarah treated me I honestly feel like I could say anything on here. #1 I got bit by a bed bug and I thought she snuck in the room #2 the bathroom ceiling was falling thru . Not too mention the whole place besides when I was under water in the pool smelt like her armpits it’s. Ps. If you stay there beware because the building might fall down and kill all your bed bug companions

Not what I was expecting for 200+ per night. Would compare to a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. Room was spacious, but run down. It is apparently used long term by railroad employees as they have their own lounge upstairs. Wifi was not working most of the time and slow when it was working. Child could barely do school work during our stay. No amenities other than coffee.

Complete dump. Old and run down. Beds are old and sunk in. Shower rods are falling off the wall. Towels are dirty and stained. No breakfast. Internet doesn’t work. In room amenities are nonexistent. Want AC that works? Not here. Clean microwave? Nope. Comforter for the bed? Not a chance. Just a single sheet. The staff absolutely suck as well. You know they are only around for a paycheck or two. Don’t waste your time or money. Inn at Whitefish 300 feet away is MUCH nicer.

I was extremely disappointed that nothing was offered to the guests other than coffee. I don’t drink coffee, so at least a bottle of water would have been nice. When I asked for a bottled water, the front desk worker looked at me like I was crazy for asking and said they didn’t offer it. There were absolutely no breakfast items available. During this time, other hotels I have stayed at have at the very least offered prepackaged, individually wrapped food for breakfast. At least the room was okay and clean. The carts with linens and toiletries were left in the hall for self- service. The bed was comfortable. If you are looking for good customer service, DO NOT stay here as it’s extremely overpriced for the area!
