Possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff are all so kind - all staff: front desk; breakfast crew; shuttle driver; even the maintenance guy adding chlorine to the pool. The 24 hour open spa/pool is awesome. Spend a day in Glacier NP and still have time for some huckleberry pie on the way back and you still get to warm up in the hot tub. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.

The rooms are very nice and the pool is open 24 hours, so fun! And thank you to Liz for the early breakfast. We had to get up and out of hotel early and she had breakfast all set and ready to go before 6am. And thank you to our wonderful driver who delivered us to the train station on time and helped us with all of our luggage. So helpful!

I liked the room and breakfast but was super disappointed that they told us at check in they'd clean the room on day 4 which they didn't but we sure paid full price. We were gone till late so 5 of day 7 didn't really seem worth it. I do get tired of the short staff excuse since they say you can request housekeeping at any time so ONE day should not have been a problem. Our list of things we needed was brought immediately though. Great location, good coffee, and darn comfy pillows.

We stay here every time we come to Whitefish. It's a beautifully designed hotel, artfully colorful. The breakfast is free and can't be beat. Its clean. The staff are kind, helpful and fun. The hot tub is top notch and clean, so is the pool.
