This is a fun hike with a beautiful scenic reward at the top. Bring your own water because there is none along the way. If you have an extra hour or two and wanna get out, grab up your walking poles, kids, dog and head out. People along the trail are usually nice and are very happy to let you pet their dogs. This trail also is a starting point for the Beaver Lake hike which is roughly a 10 (ten) mile hike one way.

Loved this trail! I was in town for a quick business trip, but was able to sneak in this run right at the break of dawn. Very easy and GORGEOUS!
