I reserved a car at John Wayne Airport. From the time I arrived at the on-site location to the time I drove away was less than 15 minutes. The staff was courteous and efficient and kind. The vehicle did not disappoint. It was clean and ready to go. Five days later, it took less than 10 minutes to turn it in and leave with my receipt in hand. The staff at SNA was great.

I've used Enterprise rental for 16 years and they have always been top notch. But this year was extra special service since I busted my left foot 2 months ago and needed to travel to So Cal for Grandson's high school graduation. Upon returning my rental car at John Wayne Airport, I asked for agent to call the wheelchair folks to come get me and my husband,, who uses a wheelchair all the time. To my surprise and gratitude, the check in agent had another agent jump in and drive us to the terminal curb!! Bless those two gentlemen for making our return trip to Alaska so much easier. Thank you Enterprise for having employees who go the "extra mile".

I had stopped using Enterprise a couple of years ago because of too many hassles at my local rental offices. I decided to give them another shot while traveling to So Cal, mainly because they were the least expensive through Costco. I will have to say that this experience was by far less stressful than in the past. The agent at the airport counter was fast, friendly and was even familiar with my hometown as he went to college here. Another person came to show us to our car. It was a little smaller than what I usually get in the same class from other companies and there was no other option for a SUV so I was offered a mini-van. I use a mobility scooter and it was a very tight squeeze with the scooter and our luggage in the cargo area. I took off one star simply because there was no options for the vehicle. I would consider using Enterprise again, but was disappointed in the lack of vehicle selection. One size does not necessarily fit all needs.

Car was solid and well maintained. The check out at John Wayne was seamless and left me feeling like I kinda stole the car... They basically tossed me to the keys and I drove away. No double check at exit no paperwork in my hand. But we were on the road quick. Staff was personable. They noticed we were masked up and wore theirs correctly through the entire interaction. Would use the service again. If you are driving California toll roads, talk to them first. You can save some service fees if you pre-arrange with PayTheToll.com prior to leaving. That being said, I didn't have to think about tolls for an extra $10.

It is more if you drop it off some were else then were you got it.
Have to call the your local enterprise
all return sites have key drop boxes , I've used them after hours on numerous occasions.
Yes but you will be charged an additional fee.
YES..
If you already have insurance on your personal vehicle you should never have to buy a separate policy. Check with your insurance agent. Don't get scammed into buying extra insurance unnecessarily
You can go to their website and get an exact cost for the location and car you'd love to rent.
I really don't think that this is the proper place to ask this question. I'd recommend checking out their website. You can get an exact quote on what it will take to rent a car for your desired time period.
Yes, I have one but I'm an Enterprise customer. If you want to rent one from Enterprise you'll need to contact the location where want to rent it, or book well in advance and expect no guarentee that it will be there when you arrive. They come in different price ranges BTW. All are relatively expense.
Parking garage across from baggage claim. Take the elevator in the parking garage down to basement. When you get out you will see National Car Rental. Go straight through their area and turn right. Enterprise is a couple hundred feet down.
I believe you can, but I don't recommend it unless you really trust them.
Yes, have done it a couple of times. Just let them know in advance.. I think it was about an additional $10 alternate drop off fee but don't quote me on that. Another time they didn't charge me at all so it may depend on who you get.
No they provide insurance
I don't think so
There should be no problem doing that but, as previously stated, there is likely, but not always, a "drop" fee. Don't be afraid to negotiate!
