Bad customer service I really don't recommend the still mony from my credit and ther is not car at all so I bay for nothing

Didn't have the right car, or have it ready, one employee seemed to be trying his best to get the car for us, finally was able to find it, but then he told us it would be ready at a certain time, we came even after that time but were still kept waiting for over 45 mins. before we could leave with the car, & the price ended up being significantly higher... It felt like senior abuse to me! (Since it was my Mom who ended up paying a lot more, & they kept her standing waiting for an excessive amount of time before she could finally sit down!) But the worse part it seemed to me was that they didn't even acknowledge us when we first walked into the building!!! If we hadn't prepaid the car, we would have just left & gone to another place... We had seen a better price elsewhere online when we reserved it but felt that Hertz would be better, since we had rented vehicles from them many times before! I totally felt that they were rude, not very accommodating, & unfair!

If there was a ZERO star option, that's what I would have given this location. It's so shocking how unprofessional and poor customer service skills one can have! Stay away from this place at all costs! Use another location IF you must use hertz! However, after checking Hertz reviews across the board, they have 1.5 ratings (should have checked that first) The manager Jessie, is extremely rude and will lie to your face, and illegally up charge you on a car. I reserved a mid size car for 3 days. Upon arrival, he stated he doesn't have anything in that size, however, when you look in their parking lot it was FULL of midsize cars. He asked if I wanted to upgrade for $10 a day more and I said no. He proceed to complete the check in, not advising me of the car he would be putting me in. When we stepped outside it was a Nisson Versa, not anywhere near a midsize car, yet charged me for one. I proceeded to ask why he was giving me this car since it was NOT a midsize car, he said it was and this is all he had. I didn't believe him and tried to contact customer service. I toke the car and as soon as I drove off it had braking issues! Unreal! How does he even rent this car to anyone being so unsafe!? I returned and once again mentioned, "this was not a midsize car" and that there was an issue with the car. He then insisted to telling me I "agreed" to a smaller size vehicle at the same price, when I never did. I mean, who would take a smaller car for the same price? No one! I told him I need a better car. He once again said this Versa was a midsize class C car. I was tired of arguing with a brainless human so I upgraded the car. Come to find out, the Malibu he gave me was indeed a midsize car, class C, which means he has illegally charged me an upgrade fee. I have already filed a complaint with corporate and the BBB. He is a disgrace to this large company name and shouldn't be employed here. Beware!!

Bennett was super friendly at Hertz and came to pick me up at a local body shop. Upon pick up from my car repair, the customer service from Bennett was sour. Because it was close to closing time, they wouldn't drop me back at the body shop, which was a 2 minute drive. He told me to come sooner next time. That said to a working mom - how rude and insensitive. In addition, the bill was messed up. This place is so disorganized and has poor customer service. I had no issues with the body shop,which was efficient, organized, had great service, and great communication. Can't say the same about this Hertz location...the 3 stars is accurate, definitely not a 4 or 5 star establishment. It's a hit or a miss if Iyou look across the reviews...they should have more consistency in their service. Lastly, I told the repair shop that I'm going to go and return the rental car, he said they'll drop you back here. I told him I already called and they said they wouldn't. I said their customer service was great when they were booking the rental, but that they didn't go out of their way for the return process. The repair shop guy said that's why they usually work with Enterprise, not Hertz...I won't be using Hertz again, especially at this location.
