This place did wheels for my old Tundra and they were great. I decided to go by again and ask them about wheels. They actually had some in stock that I liked which is a nice coincidence. However, I asked when they could get me in and he told me it would be ready in 2 hours. They were busy and took my new truck and did the wheels that day. Awesome service and very friendly. There always seems to be someone educated on the subject matter when I have a question. I will definitely go back again.

In every other city I've been to they're great. But the the last 3 times I've been in to this location they've been extremely rude and condescending to me. Each time they told me they wouldn't rotate my tires because I need new tires. I don't need new tires. They really need to work on costumer service skills and how they choose to speak to their customers. I am taking my money elsewhere.

I can in with my late grandfathers Tacoma for a lift kit and wheels service. Now I’m not saying the service didn’t look great don’t get me wrong, it’s a great improvement, but upon picking up the truck I noticed a very noticeable vibration that had not been there before, to which I made several more appointments for follow up to no conclusion. After spending 400$ more for new drum brakes on and rotor check (at les schwabs suggestion) and 200$ at a driveline shop to check things out I finally took the truck to Jerry’s transmission (again at les schwabs suggestion)figured out my rear driveline is bent. When I called les Schwab back to figure things out financially they simply said it’s not their fault and that there’s no way a lift kit would harm a rear driveline. If it rode perfectly fine before and then I pick it up after service and it’s vibrating something obviously happened in between. Now I have to spend almost $1000 more just to fix a driveline I didn’t break. This has been a financial nightmare thanks so much for that

First - Josh is what sets the attitude of this specific store. We live out on Expressway and prefer to drive across town to this location. They were able to do my husband’s truck breaks on short notice. They even waited until we showed up to close (30 minutes) which was above and beyond. We are moving next week and will be sad not to have their service, but HIGHLY recommend this store. S/O to Erik and the other individual (gal w/black hair) for working on the truck so quickly today. I have also dealt with Cody and he is amazing too! Thank you to the Dearborn crew for an awesome customer experience.
