Called this morning needing new tires and Trevor was super helpful. Dropped my car off at lunch and went to pick it up after work (after their closing time) and their entire staff was staying late to get all the cars done. This is a great team and they should all be very proud. Job well done guys!! Thanks for always taking such good care of us.

My husband and I purchased and had a lift kit installed through Les Schwab over a year ago for our Subaru Outback 2018 (their lift kit brand was Tuff country). Other brands cost $600+ for the lift kit alone whereas Les Schwab charged us $750 for the kit and installation. They seemed like they knew what they were doing so we agreed to have them lift our Subaru. After Les Schwab installed the kit, we went hunting 3 hours away. While we were scouting for elk, we heard rattling sounds and noticed there were missing bolts on the rear sway bar (I think that’s what it’s called). We drove 3 hours back to Les Schwab and told them what was wrong…the man apologized for forgetting to put our bolts back onto our car! One year later (today) our car is making clicking sounds when we turn all the way left and right! We brought it back to Les Schwab to check what was going on since they installed the lift, and they told us there was a minor leak in the axle which was causing the clicking sound. They said we can replace it but it wasn’t urgent, and that we should just go and enjoy our car and the lift (with the clicking sound). This was odd to us so we went to Rick’s and they checked out our car, told us that we need to replace the axles, and referred us to Kent Bros because they didn’t do this nor did they have any in stock. Kent bros told us that we should replace the axles because the axles could fall apart and the car will just stop or the sock could tear and destroy other parts of the undercarriage. They told us that the lift installed by Les Schwab only consisted of four spacers and that was why our axle went bad! Now we have to purchase new axles and pay to get the lift removed totaling us to $1500. I can’t believe we paid Les Schwab $750 for their incompetence. In my opinion, Les Schwab seems like an unprofessional business that carries substandard products, and I do not recommend it to anyone. For those of you considering to lift your vehicle, you oughtta take it to professional dealers so they can install the right lift kit for your vehicle or inform you of potential repercussions associated with installing a lift…because you may be purchasing axles annually! They are not cheap!

The worst customer service I have ever had after being a Les Schwab customer for decades. After waiting 2 hours for my flat to be fixed, I asked Ronan for an estimate on how much longer it might be as I had a ride waiting for me. He acted annoyed that I was asking, rolled his eyes, and said maybe another hour or two but that I was next in line. When I asked shockingly “Another 2 hours”? He LAUGHED at me! After another 30 minutes I went back up and asked one of the gals working at the front for an update. She said “you’re next in line and for some reason Ronan, told Ben (the employee doing the tire repairs) to skip over you”, but she couldn’t tell me why. Going on 2.5 hours the tire was still sitting outside the shop. I asked to speak to the manager, Ryan. He was very kind, apologetic, and went to do the repair himself. It took him LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO FIX THE TIRE. I will never NEVER use Les Schwab EVER again. If you look at the negative reviews on here this is a consistent issue. I won’t tolerate passive aggressive behavior from any business I give my money to. There are a million other tire stores in town and I’ll be giving them our money for all 6 vehicles we own.

Unexpected Tire Problem! They have been friendly and helpful. Listened to what we wanted done. Very busy place but they don't rush you. Had it taken care of in a flash. Will update if there are repair issues but not expecting any. Red's Towing (Andy) recommend them. Thanks!
