Anytime I’ve needed to contact them, they have responded quickly, I needed to add yard waste to my account and they responded AND delivered my bin within the next couple days. Always professional and very helpful

Ordered a waste bin bin for house cleanout, everything went smooth at first, came time for pickup and bin was still on premise. Had to call the following week for resolution. Got disconnected/hungup on numerous times when asking why it was never removed, took almost 3 hours to finally get a hold of a rep. The lady said it is against policy to notify customers of any issues and that it's the customers responsibility to call and not for them to communicate if theres any issues on their side. The lady started yelling and accusing me of harassing her when I asked why thats a policy. Ended up getting $20 waived from the extra holding time for their mistake but now they're tacking on "anywhere from $26 to $48 dollars for [their] convenience". Will figure amount and update when a complaint is filed! Dont use this company, save your time, money and sanity and do on your own terms please.

We've had collection service for a month now, and I feel like I'm doing more work than they are. They haven't gotten a thing right yet. Bins were late to drop off to start with, and every week since they've missed at least one bin. I have to call each week to get them to collect, and sometimes it takes multiple days/calls to get a bin emptied.
