Waste Management is one of the most difficult companies to work with. They don't care about you; they just want to take your money. They will miss a pick-up and then charge you extra for picking up twice the amount of garbage the next week. If neighbor's cars are in the way, they will skip your pick-up with no notification whatsoever. Then they will charge you for twice as much garbage next week. They won't let you move your can so the truck can get to it. They will just charge you extra if your neighbor's cars are in the way. I can't control my neighbors. But I can move my can if they'd let me. But they won't let me move my can. The only options they give me are to somehow *make* my neighbors move their cars or charge me extra every time this happens. Avoid them at all costs if you can. I hate that they are the only service available to my house. I would stop using them in a heartbeat if I could.

Great service. The garage man let me know what would show up on my bill as an extra charge and whatnot. Very good (moved to Federal Way from Portland).

This place has the best crew in the PNW, hands down! I am not sure who put that crew together but they sure must have know what they were doing!
