Charlie took my 77’ Honda XL100 that was teetering off a cliff and turned it into a reliable/safe bike that I’ll get to enjoy for many years to come. He walked through every issue and was patient in explaining things. He was very understanding of my budget. When it was time to pick up my bike, he was even kind enough to take apart and fix my ratchet strap. This was an incredible experience and worth every penny. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a vintage bike.

I recently visited Charlie’s Place with a carburetor problem on my Honda 350F. Charlie greeted me, stopped what he was doing and began to advise me what to do & discuss my options. Charlie actually cares about your motorcycle problems & takes time to walk you through every step. Charlie went through my carbs & I purchased an electronic ignition system from him. If you want a no BS mechanic that will not rip you off, Charlie is your man. He’s is experienced & knows what he’s talking about. Charlie’s Place is a one stop shop for vintage Honda motorcycles. Thanks Charlie!

I dont normally leave reviews but Charlie was just too darn nice and helpful he left me no choice. I had an issue with 1 of his ignitions that was not his or the products fault whatsoever nonetheless he goes above and beyond what you would expect and remedied the situation in a jiffy. Thanks again Charlie. May the honda gods smile down upon you

I purchased Charlie’s electronic ignition for my ‘70 CB350. Easy to install, well made, and very happy with the performance. I had an unfortunate mishap (100% my fault). One of rocker arm pin locknuts came loose and wreaked havoc on my new electronic ignition. I emailed Charlie’s Place hoping to buy only the replacement parts, thinking for sure I’d have to buy the entire kit again. Well, Charlie returned my email very quickly on a Sunday night no less. Not only was I able to buy just the piece I needed, but he was also able to provide parts to rebuild the ignition advance, which was also damaged. Cybelle was on it first thing Monday morning to make sure the parts I needed hit the mail. What a professional outfit these two run.

Hi, we recommend you contact a machinist for this. While we occasionally do engine boring and honing, we are not familiar with models after 1978 so your best bet would be to find a machine shop experienced with these motors.
Please email us and provide us with further details. We generally do not give quotes without seeing a bike first.
Unfortunately we do not service 2 stroke motors or any other makes aside from Honda
Please visit our website for installation videos. They are on Youtube but it's easiest to visit our site.
