This is gym has a very attentive staff. Cleaning supplies are always restocked, bathrooms are clean and equipment is clean. You get what you put in. You don't need a big fancy gym that overcharges you. Now if we can only get some of the customers to stop using their phones and work out more...Alas, I work out around them.

Read this if you don’t want to pay this club for the rest of your life. Go to 24 hour fitness or anything else if you want to save your money.This club will make sure to steal your money. They are stealing my money for a year already. I moved to NY last year and called them asking to cancel my membership. They gave me their email saying that I can’t cancel by phone only by email. I emailed them but they kept on billing me. I called again, they said that I can’t cancel by email now only by mail. I mailed them, they kept on billing me. I also asked to send me a copy of a contract, they promised but never did. I asked my bank to stop their charges because I don’t use their service and they don’t want to cancel. Bank stopped charges from checking account but they figured the way how charge my card l, not an account. I am putting together evidence to sue them. And I really recommend not to deal with these fraudsters. They were billing people even during pandemic when the club was closed.

Friendly, easy going gym in classic Planet Fitness style. It’s never busy when I go between 10am and 3pm. There’s always weight machine and cardio equipment available. Go and get your workout on!

I would bet that a good portion is from those parking in the lot, whether members or not. It certainly would help if PF had someone picking up trash regularly, but they already do, and they can't keep up!! imo encouraging members to not empty or drop trash on the lot would make a difference. C'mon peeps, love ur P-Fit, don't trash it!!

That said, please know that when we reopen we will make an adjustment for the closed days previously paid for, and we will not be charging future monthly dues until we reopen. Its not really a family style gym. There isnt necessarily a safe area for them to be in. If they are a teenager like 16 yes they can get a gym membership under thete parents but children is not ok
