I've been to many gyms. This gym has it all. Friendly and helpful staff,every weight or machine you could want or need, plenty of cardio equipment. The owners are the best!!

Best HIIT workout gym I have ever been to. The space is clean and open with lots of room to move around. The instructors are great and helpful and the front desk is also quick to help and respond. This is a workout that you can modify depending on what level you are so I would encourage even the timid or those with physical limitations to give this a shot. Highly recommend. =)

Great place to workout. Convenient location, very nice staff and trainers. I think it would be cool if they added more abdominal workouts to the routine and maybe if we ran around the block for cardio (get outside a little bit, enjoy the weather). But the place is fantastic. I see the change in my body. The app is easy to use. And I like the device that tracks burned calories. It helps you push the limits in real time. Overall wonderful experience so far.

Volofit is awesome! Highly recommend if you struggle with motivation to even get to the gym. Signing up for daily classes are easy and there are about 6 classes you can choose from per day during the week. The workouts are challenging but good and there's never a day where you leave and don't feel like you're getting your money's worth.

You can get can an awesome class in 7 days a week! Classes start Monday-Thursday, from 6am and the last class is at 6:40pm. On Fridays, classes start at 6:00am and the last class is at 5:40PM, and both Saturday and Sunday we have mornings/mid-mornings classes!
