Do NOT go to this station if you are traveling with children, traveling alone, or aren't a fast runner/have a taser. I arrived here on 7/9 and the location is tucked under the express way about 15 minutes away from the airport. The parking lot is covered in trash, abandoned cars, graffiti, and old tires. The area around this train station is TERRIBLE as well, with people living in campers on both sides of the road and trash/debris/broken down, tireless cars in every direction. I was terribly nervous and did not take pictures but I wish I would have. I got the heck out of there as quickly as possible. A total loss of $24 for the train tickets but I would much rather be safe than sorry. I have traveled to many places and this was by far the scariest place I have been. Beware!!!! If you travel here please, please please post updated pictures so people can see what they're getting into! Also, this location is NOT at the airport as the name would have you think. It's 15 minutes away.

Best place in the world for a ballgame. Best fans in MLB too. Although currently not available due to COVID-19 restrictions, the upgrades they've made in recent years have greatly enhanced the fan experience: Championship Plaza (food trucks, beer, picnic tables, games for kids and a giant TV so you never miss any of the game), The Treehouse (a bar/pub with a kids area that has games like skee ball), The Farm (where all the food for the new organic restaurant/food service place is grown & tended to by local Oakland kids after school & during school holidays), The Coppola Seats (movie theater seats with your own cooler filled with your personal pre-ordered beverages and in-seat food service), the Terrace Tables (for parties of 4 located along the first baseline include a small TV to watch replays, personal wait service, free beer/alcoholic beverages), Shibe Park Tavern, a nod to the Philadelphia Athletics Stadium (a sit down restaurant with excellent views of the field and even better food) & more. My personal faves are (in order) are Championship Plaza,Terrace Tables & Shibe Park Tavern for anytime I'm not already in my regular season ticket seats in 126 row 3. I did not think that my personal fan experience could be improved, having been a fan for 36 yrs and a STH for 20, but I was wrong. The Coliseum is great, the A's are competitive 7 out of 10 seasons with a budget that is maybe a 1/3 of the teams they end up competing with in the postseason and you have the most creative, most knowledgeable and most dedicated fan base in the game today. We don't need a shiny new stadium or big budget to compete - sure would be nice though. We also don't need those things to entice fans to the yard bc the fan dedication is unrivaled in Oak (except maybe in Boston!) but they far exceeded my expectations with the upgrades to the Coliseum bc I didn't believe it could get any better (& I've seen games at 20 other stadiums, not all but most so I know what I'm talking about).

I love to take the train whenever I can. It's a great experience and very relaxing. I get to see places I would otherwise never get to see.

If u mean BART connection to airport...just buy a BART ticket at the Colisium station when you arrive there with cash or credit card at a kiosk
About an hour, if there's no delay.
