My husband had to get referral and we requested to send to another doctor but they never helped us to give one. We also had hard time contacting with responsible person because when we called , they always said we would call back later but never called back. We got approval to do procedure but then we got bill because Heritage didn't pay . I will not say everyone is bad but what we experienced was really bad. No one is willing to help for referral or billing . I just want other people know the problem.

I am HIGHLY UPSET WITH A DR. Gunjhee (Spelling incorrect I am sure) I live in Washington and I got a very disturbing phone call from my daughter who had her first pediatrician apt for my granddaughter Riley Anne Sivadon. First off my daughter Christine is not only Mother Earth Incarnate she is a very good mother. How do I know? Because I raised her as such. My granddaughter was crying because she is two and two year olds have anxieties at Dr. Apts. and such. My daughter was very discouraged with how she was treated by the Dr. OF ZERO COMPASSION and basically made her feel like a failure. Is that service? Maybe your facility can use a little training in how to treat mothers with small children and if you don't like the crying then maybe working with Toddlers is not the way to go for you guys. Before anyone gets started. I am not a paranoid mother or a mother who does not tell my kids when they are not wrong. I am not a "Not my Johnny" Syndrome parent but unless you are going to diagnose my granddaughter with a speech impediment I think telling my daughter that you met for a half hour in your office that she should be saying over a 100 words by now and making her feel like she is ruining her child. Riley says lots of words ma'am. We just don't count them so that we can get side swiped with the we only have 86 wpm for you today. I just did 1/2 an hour self esteem boosting for my daughter as kids do not come with instruction booklets and she is doing a great job. If I ever felt she wasn't. I would be the very first person she would hear it from trust me. She is changing physicians. Thank you for whatever that was all about. Signed Patricia Guinn.
